Primarily WordPress and WooCommerce sites — including sites we built and sites built by other developers. If you are on another platform, contact us and we will let you know if we can help.
Text changes, image swaps, adding blog posts you provide, menu updates, opening hours, pricing changes, and similar edits. New page designs, custom development, or major redesigns are quoted separately.
Extra work is billed at our once-off hourly rate (R395/hour excl. VAT). We will always confirm before doing work that exceeds your included monthly allowance.
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We recommend staying through at least one update cycle so your site is not left on outdated software.
Care Essentials: within 1 business day. Care Plus and Care Pro: same business day for priority requests. Once-off hourly work is scheduled based on availability — urgent fixes are prioritised for existing clients.
